Review
I think my favorite part about this book is that it has the ability to grow with your kid. I can read this to Maren and stick with the ABCs or I can read this to Madeline and do the short explanation. And then if she’s curious after that, I can read the longer explanation. I think it’s such a cool idea! Of course some of the short explanations bring some words into play that require definitions of their own, but that’s okay. It just means this will be a slow read when read to the older kid.
This book is jam packed with information about space, and the artwork is simple and helpful graphics to aid understanding. It’s a fun book! And right after we took our picture for it, Maren brought it over to me and insisted in her own way that I read it to her, so she approves!
