Review
I was not prepared for how adorable and educational this book was going to be! I didn’t read the cover copy first so that may have added to it, but still. It’s a really cool one.
So every page has a little rhyme about saying goodnight in a different language, and where that language is spoken. It also gives us adults a cheater pronunciation right below the word so we can act like we just happen to legit know Goodnight in ten languages (#coolmom points). Not only does it have all that, but the rhymes are actually really well done. I don’t know why, but I felt like this was one that could have messed up the rhyming. (There are three separate books we own that keep trying to rhyme claws with doors, for example, and it drives me nuts).
Anyway, I personally really like this book, and I just did a purge of goodnight related books because they are rarely read at actual bedtime. But I kept this one because it’s awesome.
